You can see all the information about the specific product on the Product Page. If you have a question about anything else that is not stated on the product page you can email us. We respond within 48 hours.
You can see the status of your order under your Account, or in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your spam/junk folder if not in your inbox.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Orders received after 12PM Pacific Standard Time (EST) will begin processing the next business day.
Please email us with your order number and updated shipping address as soon as possible if you would like to change your shipping address. We are able to update your information for a short time before your order if fulfilled and ships. If the order is fulfilled and/or shipped we can not change your shipping address.
You will enter your coupon code at checkout before paying. You can NOT enter the coupon code after you have clicked “Pay”.
Only one promo code can be used per order.
We do not have the ability to change or modify the products in an order. To cancel your order, please email us with your order number as soon as possible and a member of our customer support team will assist you if the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped already.
If any items are damaged or incorrect when you receive your order, email us ASAP with your order number and a photo of the items, and we will send you a replacement.
We hope you will love your MD Skin Solutions products, but in the event that you would like to return the product after receiving them, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
The products has to be unopened and unused to qualify for a return. Email us with your order number and the items you wish to return, and a member of our customer support team will assist you with your return.
For all returns, the return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We also recommend insuring your package.
Please allow up to two weeks for refunds to be credited to your original form of payment, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
We do not include invoices and/or return slips in order to reduce packaging waste. You can reach out to us with your order number and they will be able to assist you if the order is eligible for a return.

We do not formulate to specific skin types. All people, and all skin types, even the most sensitive can use MD Skin Solutions products. This product line is amazing to use after an aesthetic procedure.
Our line is inclusive of all skin tones, types, ages, and gender identities, ensuring that everyone feels represented and valued. Our products are for anyone and everyone!
Ingredient Transparency mean that we are totally open and transparent about all our products ingredients. You can read about all the ingredients in our products in our Ingredient Dictionary.
Full ingredient listings are available on the individual product pages, under “Ingredients.” If you have a question about an ingredient, email us. When you receive the product, you will also find a full ingredient list on the outer box.
All of our products are Hypoallergenic and Dermatologist-Tested. All our products are Fragrance-Free. If it states “fragrance” in the ingredient list, it is a botanical scent that is from the botanical itself, we do not add any additional fragrance in any of our products.
Please check the ingredient listings if you have specific allergies, try a patch test, and, as always, consult your doctor before using our products if you have any major concerns.
We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening. For the sunblock we recommend using it within 6 months from when you open it.
Extreme heat or cold for short periods of time should not impact efficacy, though formula texture or color may change slightly. These are clean products that are formulated without many of the synthetic dyes and additives typically used to maintain color and texture.
It is normal for some products which contain pure essential-oil blends to vary slightly in color. Pure essential oils can take on different tones depending on the crop, region, and timing of harvest.
MD Skin Solutions is not certified gluten-free
Most of our products are vegan. If they are vegan it will state on the product page and product box tit arrives in.
No, MD Skin Solutions does not use animal testing for any of our skin care products.
