Shipping Policy
You will receive an automatic confirmation email when your order is placed. Your order will be processed by MD Skin Solutions within 2 business days.*
*MD Skin Solutions does not factor weekends and holidays into the processing period. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will not begin the processing period until the following business day.

Shipping Options*:
All of our products are shipped by FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed to the email address that you provide us at the time of your checkout.

FedEx will deliver your package within 2-7 business days after processing. Delivery time will vary by state and are estimates only. Click here for the FedEx Tracking.

FedEx Overnight will deliver your package overnight after processing. You will receive the package the business day after that. If an order is received after 12:00 pm PST during the week or on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.

Please note: FedEx does not deliver to PO boxes. MD Skin Solutions is not able to guarantee FedEx delivery schedules or events beyond our control. Please see the FedEx website for additional delivery information.
* Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will begin processing the following business day.
At no time will MD Skin Solutions ship outside of the United States. Customers outside of the United States are encouraged to contact MD Skin Solutions for more information.

In accordance with U.S. holidays, MD Skin Solutions will be closed on the following days in 2026:

Return Policy
MD Skin Solutions is committed to offering our customers the finest products available. We hope you will love your MD Skin Solutions products, but in the event that you would like to return the product after receiving it, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase.

The products must be unused and unopened, with the plastic wrap intact, to qualify for a return.

There are no refunds, but you may return any product within 14 days (with your receipt) for an online credit to use the next time you shop with us.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT IF A DISCOUNT CODE WAS USED AT CHECKOUT OR THE ITEM WAS PURCHASED DURING A SALE OR PROMOTION, THE ORDER IS ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. THIS POLICY IS APPLIED FAIRLY ACROSS ALL CUSTOMERS, AND IN FAIRNESS, WE’RE UNABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS.


If you wish to return an item(s) from your online order, please contact us. If your item(s) are eligible for return, a representative will reach out and email you an RMA form. The RMA form must be filled in and emailed back to MD Skin Solutions for us to be able to process the return. The return address for the item(s) will be stated on the RMA form. Please allow up to two weeks for the online credit to show up on your account, and note that original shipping charges will not be refunded.
To protect you from package loss and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend shipping your return package via FedEx or another insured delivery company. Please retain receipts and tracking information for your records. Regrettably, return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to the “Damaged Items” section below. 

Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment.

Please note: Only products purchased from MDSkinSolutions.com may be returned for an online credit if the item qualifies for a return. Any MD Skin Solutions products purchased from other online retailers or store locations are not accepted for return and must be returned to the original place of purchase.

Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging & product thoroughly for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear. However, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please take pictures of the box and damage and contact us immediately. We will ask you for your order number, along with your email address and phone number, please have that available for the fastest service. To ensure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
